Public entities – Plan Description

Target Group & Qualification This category is designed for public entities, including authorities and municipalities. Admission is decided by the Board based on a short description. As a contribution, member entities provide a short project presentation along with pictures.

Commitment, Engagement & Benefits

• Included Personal Membership: The plan includes one Personal Membership for the nominated contact person who is personally in charge of Airport City Development topics.

• Participation Requirements: The nominated contact person must attend the annual ACDF. Members actively co-design research activities, KPIs, and knowledge-sharing platforms in line with their prime interests, bringing in ideas on how to grow the network.

• Listings & External Linking: Listed on the ACDN webpage under the "Authorities" category, with mutual two-way links between homepages.

• Opportunities: Members can provide an annual update on their airport city region in English for public distribution (e.g., on the ACDN homepage or social media). Ideally provided in June, this content supports preparations for the annual Airport City Developers Forum in September. Members can also co-produce explaining videos on airport city development and participate in workgroups.

Discounts, Marketing & Access

• Discounts: 15% discount on ACDF for one attendee, 15% on publications, and 50% on "Behind the scenes" video productions.

• Research & Branding: Free access to interim research results and authorization to use the official ACDN "Proud Member" logo.

• Full Platform Access: Full access to the Member's list, ACDF event documentation and photos, webinars, ACDN Knowledge Database, as well as ACDN social channels (YouTube, LinkedIn Group, LinkedIn Company Channel).
