# Terms of Service & Online Platform Conditions

Welcome to the digital platform of the **Airport City Developers Network (ACDN)**. By registering an account, subscribing to a membership plan, or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service in conjunction with the official [ACDN Statutes](/statutes).

### 1. Relationship to Association Statutes
This online platform is operated by the Airport City Developers Network (ACDN), based in Schwechat, Austria. Membership rights, duties, categories, and fees are governed by the official [ACDN Statutes (§ 4 - § 7)] (/statutes). These Terms of Service regulate the technical and operational use of our digital services (website, member areas, and document repositories).

### 2. Account Security & Access
* You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
* Credentials and login details are strictly personal. Sharing accounts with non-registered individuals or third parties is prohibited unless authorized under an institutional/corporate membership.
* You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

### 3. Digital Content & Resource Usage (EDocman & Downloads)
* All materials, publications, survey evaluations, and presentation files provided in restricted areas (e.g., via EDocman) are for the exclusive personal/professional use of active ACDN members in accordance with § 3 and § 7 of the Statutes.
* Redistribution, public republication, or commercial exploitation of restricted platform resources without explicit written consent from the ACDN Board is strictly prohibited.

### 4. Online Subscriptions & Upgrades
* Membership applications submitted via the website are subject to approval by the Board as defined in § 5 (2) of the Statutes.
* Upgrade options and fee schedules correspond to your active membership tier. 
* According to § 6 (2) of the Statutes, voluntary resignation requires one calendar month's written notice[cite: 5, 12]. Membership fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

### 5. Code of Conduct
Members agree to engage respectfully in all digital forums, webinars, and exchange groups. ACDN reserves the right to suspend platform access in cases of serious misuse or gross violation of membership obligations.
